We've been out of touch because we're gearing up to promote the new album. I've never seen my daddy happier then he was recording this album. Last Man Standing, to me, is a tribute from all these wonderful artists to my dad. He shaped the music of the world --- he made rock and roll. And they're all having a great time with him. Here's some pictures I took during the recording sessions.

Hello everybody. We are finally coming up for air after returning home to the deep-south heat of Nesbit, Mississippi from the continental cool of Bobital, France – where Jerry put on a great show and played his heart out for one of the more passionate, supportive, and knowledgeable audiences in Europe. In the limo on the way back to the airport, my Daddy turned to me with that slow smile of his and with a twinkle in his eye said: “Phoebe, that was really something…” I smiled back winsomely, nodded, and let him know that I couldn’t have been prouder of him. Besides being Jerry’s daughter, I am also a huge fan and like everyone else that loves the music, a good show is worth its weight in gold.
Since we have been home at the Ranch, Jerry and team have been working real hard on putting the finishing touches on his new album, “Last Man Standing” (which is unbelievably awesome if I do say so myself). It is scheduled to be released September 26th of this year but I think many of you already know this already by the huge number of fans that have been in touch through Jerry’s MySpace page and the Blog here on the official website. The consensus seems to be that everyone has been eagerly awaiting Last Man Standing and can’t wait to savor each and every track Jerry’s first new album in awhile. Trust me fans, this has definitely been worth waiting for and you are going to love it! Even more important and not to be overlooked, my Daddy had a great time doing it!Regarding my mother, Myra, some of you have asked how she is doing. Well, she is just great and is living in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Richard and their three dogs, Muffin, Bear and ToTo. She and the Killer get along just fine so no gossip there… For those of you that are interested, I’ve posted a news clip of my parents when they returned from their well-documented trip to England in the 50’s. They were both so very young! My mother just recently saw this clip from the early 50's. Thought you'd like to hear her thoughts when I showed it to her:
"Dear P - For 50 years I have avoided seeing this tape...thanks for letting me see what an idiot I was...I'm NEVER chewing gum again - moth"
Speaking of Great Britain, although we have had no free time this summer (there are so many interesting projects in which we are involved), the entire Lewis camp is very excited to be once again heading back to Europe for Jerry’s tour of the UK where we look forward to seeing some of the Killer’s most ardent and long-time supporters as well as the countless number of rock-and-rollers that just love real good music.
As an aside, and on a personal note, I have loved reading your comments – both here and on MySpace. You folks are all so kind and sweet. I am truly sincere when I tell you that your letters mean so much to me. It’s great to know that my Daddy has so many loyal fans out there. Please continue to stay in touch with us as we love hearing from you. Jerry comes into the office, sits with me at the computer, and reads each of your messages. He appreciates all of you so much. The Internet has really been a Godsend and has opened his eyes.
More to come when we get back from across the pond…

Hey there Jerry Lee Fans and welcome to the new and improved jerryleelewis.com. Thank you for stopping by. We appreciate each and every one of you.
My name is Phoebe Lewis. I am Jerry Lee and Myra Brown's daughter. I live with and work for my famous daddy as his manager. It is an honor and a joy to be involved with such a fascinating personality, a Rock-N-Roll icon, a superlative talent, and a wonderful family man. He makes a daughter proud!
I have managed his affairs for about six years now and have learned a lot, traveled a lot, threw a few fits, even fainted once! Never a dull moment around this house and certainly not on the road with the Lewis entourage. Oh the stories I could tell and will as time goes on.
We're just now firing up this website so hang in there with us and watch as we grow. I would love to hear from you so send me a comment through this blog. Any questions you may have for me just let me know.
Jerry Lee did a fantastic show earlier this month in Paris, my favorite city! It was at the Olympia Theatre; a very famous venue in Europe. You could tell that he enjoyed himself and I think everybody had a great time. It was a seriously rocking show!!
Everyone take care of yourselves and your loved ones. Until next time!
Cheers from Lewis Land!
